Group Class Registration

Register for Group Lessons in 2 easy steps:

1. Click here to download our policies. Read through the policies and have both the parent and student sign this form.
2. Click here to complete the 2023-2024 Soo Theatre Registration Form online or click here to download a pdf of the registration form to print.

Once you have completed both forms, you may mail the forms and your $25 non-refundable registration fee (this is a once per year per family fee) to 534 Ashmun St or you may scan and email forms to education@sootheatre.org

If you scan and email the forms, we will contact you to set up payment for the registration fee. Once both forms have been received, we will contact you to discuss lesson day and time for your student.
