Dottie Case

Dottie Case teaches violin, viola, clarinet and piano lessons at STARS. She is also the conductor of the STARS Youth Orchestra. An experienced private teacher, Mrs. Case also works as the string specialist at J.K.L. Bahweting School. She is co-founder and violinist/violist for “Simply Strings,” a professional string quartet that performs for weddings and receptions on Mackinac Island and throughout the eastern Upper Peninsula. Dottie plays violin with the Sault Symphony Orchestra and serves as music director for New Hope Community Church. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with concentrations in music, writing and theatre from Lake Superior State University.
